Broadway is one of the leading ticket offices in Hungary. Since its vast customer base is shifting to the online sphere, it's in the company’s vital interest to create the best possible online experience for the potential buyers.
Based on our Seven Step UX process, our work concentrated on conversion maximization, lowering cart abandonment what was combined with the mobile -first approach.
The purpose of the new design of the market-leading ticket office Broadway was to give a modern, clean look to the company webshop. The new site attracts younger generations and boasts online sales conversions.
As a start of the project, we have conducted a thorough competitor analysis to identify the best existing practices and common mistakes of the online ticket selling industry.
Our findings served as the springboard for our UX work: we created a unique experience that ensures a quick and smooth check-out process.
Our UI design’s main focus is to create an environment that serves the sales funnel of Broadway. By creating easy-to-navigate yet engaging screens our work enhances conversion and sales.
Check-out is always a crucial stage of the sales funnel – a huge number of churn may happen here. Building on the lessons we learned from the competitor analysis we designed a check-out process that saves time and effort for the users, thus increases conversion.
During the process, we conducted usability tests as part of rapid rounds of design iterations. So the resulting final designs are all strengthened by the feedbacks of the target audience.
