Bringing tennis managament to a higher level
The project
The project's intention was that to create a system for tennis clubs and their customers to handle all tennis club-related tasks.
As a start of the project we conducted in-depth research on the field in order to identify problems and define needs from both the tennis club side and customer side.
One of the main findings was that there is a huge need for a customized club management solution since most clubs still function with pen and printed papers, which leads to lots of unnecessary problems.
To be sure that we came up with the right concept, we built an MVP that was introduced to the partners. After collecting their feedback and ideas we began shaping the concept to develop a tool for tennis clubs and their clients.

Super-easy customer managament
Customer managament is not only the cornerstone of Courtly but serves as the single most important value proposition for its users. Thus we have dedicated our efforts to create a design that makes scheduling tennis programs and lessons in an intuitive calendar only a few clicks away.
No more paperwork
With the mobile app Courtly could be used outside the office on the courts. It offers quick and constant data syncing eliminating time-consuming paperwork. While this saves valuable time and resources for the coaches, it also provides important financial data (e.g. today’s revenue) available for managament.
Enhanced collaboration
Running a tennis court involves communication between several parties (managers, coaches, contractors and others) -based on our design Courtly makes the collaboration smooth, fast and easy-to-learn for new employees.
