The Project

A complex festival management application development and design where the user can easily order their tickets, book accommodation and much more.

Mobil-first approach

Today Millennials are using their phones almost constantly; a festival is no exception. So the mobile-first thinking was crucial during the project: we created an integrated, easy-to-use mobile version for every aspect of a fantastic festival weekend.

The Process

Research

As a start, we conducted a detailed observation to classify the emotions and expectations of festivalgoers towards such an event. During the design process, we carried out a lot of user testing on multiple platforms to ensure that users could use the product with ease.

Wireframes

The goal was to design a simple and easy to use interface for navigation through the complex checkout system.

Prototypes

We created clickable prototypes to test the interface during the usability test session.
