We intended to design a software as a handy tool for recruiters, which helps to keep track of the process and provides a clear outlook of all necessary data needed.
Recruiting is a long and time-consuming process, with lots of consideration. More and more perfectly qualified people apply for jobs, thus finding the ideal candidate is not an easy task.

First, we conducted thorough observation and interviews to identify and analyze every relevant aspect of the recruiter’s tasks.
After collecting all the necessary information, data and insights, we started to design the wireframes, both low and high fidelity.
